Schedule date / time of your initial session.
The initial session is a combination of discussion and movement. You will experience both matwork and some Pilates equipment that suits your level. It will be wrapped up with feedback on what you did and a personalized Pilates program tailored to your body.

Pilates for Golf conditioning
A personalized program designed to increase mobility, build stability, and improve overall swing. You can gain a better range of motion in the shoulders and hips, as well as develop better torso rotation allowing you to generate more power and control in your golf game while reducing the chance of injuries and imbalances.
Pilates for Postural Conditioning / Postural Balancing
An individualized program designed to improve your body alignment and muscular strength to maintain good posture while relieving postural pains and strains.

Pilates for Post-Rehabilitation
The individual session provides a secure and supportive atmosphere where you can learn to off-load and soothe discomfort in your joints and tissues by deliberately guiding your movement and resetting your neuro-motor system. A personalized Pilates program created just for you allows for a beneficial range of movements to assist everyday functional activities or throughout the post-rehabilitation process.
Pilates for Post-pregnancy
A safe and effective program designed for the post-pregnancy body includes women who have had vaginal deliveries as well as C-sections. You will learn to make new brain-body connections while strengthening the pelvic floor, and deep abdominal and pelvic muscles and rebuild core strength in a peaceful environment that promotes mind-body movements and recovery. FASCIANATION™ METHOD Self -Myofascial Release
Private sessions, in-studio or virtual, using a special roller called The Fascianator to roll the entire body, from the bottom of the feet to the base of the skull .to assist in the release of myofascial adhesions throughout the body.
